Position Overview:

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is currently seeking a 0.8 FTE Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician(s) to join our Kent Medical Center clinic team in Kent, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience as a leader or leadership interest. Also have experience with telehealth and digital health--or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics
