Baptist Health is hiring a Hospitalist for our Jacksonville, Florida Float Team. This Hospitalists will have the opportunity to practice at any one of our 6 hospitals where there is a growing patient need. As a community centered health system, we've built this team to care for our community. You'll be the one to care for a large patient population.

Our Regional Float Pool

These hospitalists go where the need is. One week they could practice in Amelia Island, FL and the next week they could be in downtown Jacksonville. However, the mission is still the same, care for our community's patients.
