An award-winning Critical-Access Hospital located in Southern Colorado Ski Country are seeking a full-time or part-time Family Medicine physician to join their team.This is a unique. lifestyle position that allows you to enjoy the incredible Colorado outdoors year-round with a 2 or 4-day work week, no call, and low patient volumes.The Position: Practice alongside 5 Family Med physicians and 5 APP's Average patient volume of 12-14 per day Full-time is a Monday-Thursday schedule Option for part-time or 2, 10-hour shifts per week 1.0 FTE compensation includes a Base Salary up to $260K. Sign-on of $20K, Relocation, 26 days of PTO Retirement plan with 6% match, Full and Comprehensive Benefits plan, and $6K in CME
