Position Overview:
Northwest Permanente is currently seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our group of five Rheumatologists. The position is 100% rheumatology and includes a clinic day a week in Salem, Oregon (travel subsidy provided). The Rheumatology Department shares coverage for the region's Northwest Permanente patients, with call limited to rheumatology. Our team members take great pride in providing quality, patient-centered care. There are opportunities for teaching residents and medical students, as well as developing rheumatology guidelines and protocols, in collaboration with our excellent pharmacists. This position is a 0.9 FTE, 4-day clinic week, full-time role.

$280,941 to $340,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value (prorated to 0.9 FTE)*
- Salary: $215,100 to $244,440 (prorated to 0.9 FTE)
- 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
