The Department of Neurology is seeking a BC/BE Headache Specialist to join a large academic medical center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, located in Temple, Texas.  Fellowship training in Headache Medicine or equivalent experience is required.

Position Highlights

• Join a large neurology practice and an established headache clinic to work as a headache specialist amongst a team of 3 other headache specialists.
• A Division Directorship opportunity is available for those with commensurate experience.
• Minimal inpatient responsibilities and night/weekend call requirements are involved. (involves approximately 1:10 general neurology weekend coverage w/a neurologist resident)
• The work schedule is Monday-Friday in support of clinic business hours and patient care needs.
• The position includes opportunities for clinical, teaching and research activities in an academic environment.

• The Department of Neurology at Baylor Scott & White Health in Central Texas is currently comprised of 25 neurologists, 6 APPs, along with nursing and administrative support.
• Academic affiliation with Texas A&M College of Medicine to teach medical students and residents. 
• Active ACGME approved neurology residency program
