The physician serves as a Patient Care Line (PCL) Manager and Medical Director for Acute Psychiatric Services in the Mental Health Division of the VA Portland Health Care System including oversight of hospital based and emergency room mental health service delivery. The physician will have responsibilities for development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures; oversight of hospital resources; and monitoring of quality outcomes using a data-driven approach.
