We are a private group practicing exclusive critical care services in Southeast Michigan with ICUs in the Beaumont and ProMedica Health Systems. We have won awards for our model of care delivery and were a charter member of the Michigan ICU Keystone project as published in the NEJM.

Our practice focuses on providing excellent care to all critically ill or injured adults in a timely, humane and respectful manner. We believe that Critical Care Medicine is best delivered in an environment in which a team of highly qualified, multi-disciplinary critical care practitioners interact closely with the patient, the family and each other to direct and accept responsibility for the outcome of that care. We work with and teach Residents, Medical Students, and Nurse Practitioners.

As a physician leader, you will provide direction to other Intensivists, ICU staff, provide triage support, collaborate with physician leaders from other specialties, and participate in developing/maintaining best practice protocols, FCCS classes, and interact with administration for quality improvement.
