Spine Neurosurgeon Faculty Position Department of Neurosurgery
The Department of Neurosurgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA currently seeks applicants for a spine neurosurgeon faculty position with focus and expertise in spinal surgery.
Candidates must have a MD, or MD, PhD, be ABNS certified or board eligible in neurosurgery, and have completed a neurosurgery residency program, as well as a formal post-residency spine surgery fellowship. In addition, the candidate must have or be eligible for a California medical license. Expertise and training in spinal deformity surgery and/or spinal oncology are sought, but not mandatory.
Candidates will be expected to develop and maintain a high-volume clinical practice. Candidates should have a proven record of accomplishment in academically oriented activities with a commitment to teaching and research. Compensation and academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
