Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Medical Education Coordinator \(Full Time, Day Shift\) to work for the Family Practice Residents at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA\.
The Medical Education Coordinator is responsible for coordinationg and supporting the activities od medical education training and assists the Directors in meeting and maintaining all of the standards and requirements of the accrediting bodies\.
In this position you will:
Coordinate related visiting student rotations
Maintain confidential files related to training
Support resident recruitment, orientation, tracking, and related web\-based applications and promotional materials
Track and report resident work hours for ACGME compliance, GME Committee, or other purposes as required\.
Enter Resident payroll data on Kronos reports\.
Maintain permanent files and prepare verification of training letters when requested\.
Track Resident use of allocated meal benefits and travel funds\.
Assure all required Resident evaluations are completed in a timely manner\.
Required qualifications for this position include:
One \(1\) plus years working in a medically or educationally related field\.
Knowledge of graduate medical education program requirements, excellent coordinator skills for people materials, and projects\.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree and one \(1\) plus years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience\.
